Whole salmon (Salmo salar)
Espevær Laks AS offers both HOGs (head-on gutted) and HGs (head-off gutted) whole salmon. This product can also be delivered fresh or frozen.

Based on the color, consistency and other factors all salmon is graded on a 1-point scale:

    Superior quality (SUP)
    Ordinary quality (ORD)
    Production quality (for domestic customers only)

Sizes vary from 1 to 9 kg fish and are packed according to your specifications and needs.
